Growing up, I was always fascinated by my grandfather's ability to connect with people. He was a man of profound wisdom, serving as my guiding light during my formative years. Although he passed away when I was twelve years old, I can still hear his kind and warm voice tell me, “JL, relationships are everything in this world…don’t forget this.” (He affectionately nicknamed me ‘JL’ to distinguish me from his wife, Jenny.)

This wasn't just a saying; it was the way he lived. He showed me that the connections we forge with others are our most valuable treasures. This philosophy became the bedrock of my own life, both personally and professionally.
