Education

Being a life-long learner is embedded in my DNA. I have studied business administration, marketing, professional sales, human resource management, and DEI leadership.

Beyond formal training, I regularly participate in activities to bolster my expertise and remain updated on the latest trends.

Masters of Arts in Human Resources

University of Cincinnati

I studied a broad range of management curriculum, including courses in DEI, training and development, compensation, negotiation, human resources analytics, change management, and organizational leadership.

For the final capstone project, I applied my marketing and human resources knowledge to create a performance-based executive leadership program for the Los Angeles Dodgers executive team.

My primary objectives were to answer the questions:

  1. What attributes does an effective leader have?

  2. What does research say about these attributes?

  3. How can professionals adopt and develop these attributes?

To answer these questions, I performed deep research of peer-reviewed literature on over 30 sought out leadership attributes. Deliverables included leadership attribute research report, intervention activity ideas, presentation slides, and Learning Management System UX support.

I was very impressed with Jennie! She is a self-starter and very proactive. If I gave her something to do, she would deliver what was expected, plus go the extra mile to think through what else might be helpful.

She was also a very thoughtful listener. She made sure that she completely understood what was expected of her and how she could deliver the best product possible. I also commend her ability to keep things organized. Things change quickly in the business world – lots of different players, adjusted timelines/preferences, etc. She took it all in stride and continued to deliver.
